Locally
We partner with several local organizations to make a positive impact in our own neighborhoods. Restore Network which ministers to the foster community, Good Samaritan which serves the underprivileged in East Saint Louis, even the coffee we drink on Sundays comes from from a Wheaton-based company called I Have a Bean that offers an important second chance through employment to those with a criminal record. We also share our space with a couple of local homeschool groups giving them a free space for weekly groups and classes..

Globally
We support global missions through Nazarene Missions International. Twice a year we collect money for the Alabaster Offering which goes toward building churches, homes and schools around the world.

GRASS ROOTS
As a church we spent some time learning, praying and asking our literal neighbors how we could best serve them. The idea was presented of a community garden! Many of our neighbors don’t have yards or their yards are very small, so people were really excited about this idea. Our team has really taken the idea and run with it and there are now many wonderful plans in the works for this new project including a prayer garden and a place where people can grow and share food.

Our local NMI (Nazarene Missions International) president is Phil Christensen and our very own Dan Reinhart is the NMI President for the Illinois District. They are a wealth of information and I’m sure they’d love to share with you what they’ve been working on and/or learning about lately.
